			<description>I did this the other week and it was very nice and easy to do.

(Serves one)

In a frying pan fry : (note : fry in butter!)

Garlic (as much as you like)

Onion(s)

Put in a fillet of Salmon

then put in a number of cherry tomatoes.

Leave the salmon whole or break it up if you like.



Fry all for 20 minutes turning the salmon over a few times.

Then add some cream.

Fry all for another 10 minutes (30 minutes in total).

Serve with steamed potatoes.

Easy and tasty. </description>
