The Once A Week Kitchen Rules & Regs

Some rules to abide by, these are for Users and Moderators/Admin team using The Once A Week forums, these are also with immediate effect and are not for debate/discussion.

Also covered are the resulting actions that will be taken if certain rules below are broken:

1. New users are required to have a working/valid email account, if it is found that you do not have a working email account your account will be suspended.

2. Avatars/signatures - Avatars will be limited in size to 100x100 pixels. Similarly signature images will be restricted to 500x100 pixels in size. Any user with an avatar or signature image found be outside these limitations or offensive will have their image removed and a warning sent by PM.

3. Insults - Please refrain from posting insults/sarcasm of any kind, if you are joking please try and make it clear of your intentions. If you are found to be insulting members and breaking the above rule, you will receive a 'Warning', if it happens a second time it will be an instant ban (durtation at Moderator/Admins discretion).

4. Please do not post detrimental comments in relation to companies - which in turn could result in some sort of legal action. If you are found to be breaking this rule you will receive a 'Warning', if it happens again it will be an instant ban (durtation at Moderator/Admins discretion).

5. Bad language - We know its easy to slip but please edit your posts, if you must express anger with swearing use "*" where necessary. Users intentionally violating this rule or trying to circumvent the swear filter will be given a 'Warning', two Warnings and you're banned.

6. Nettiquette - Please do not post topic titles and/or topic content containing words entirely of CAPITALS, this is considered bad net etiquette and annoys people. In addition please refrain from using 'text speak' (e.g. m8 how r u). This forum has a large demographic and not everyone understands this type of language, if people can't understand it you might not get an answer to your question.

7. Offensive content - We feel content of this nature is inappropriate, especially since this is considered a family forum too! If you are found to be breaking this rule you will receive a 'Warning', if it happens again it will be an instant ban (durtation at Moderator/Admins discretion). If any member reads a post they are unhappy about, they are encouraged to use the 'report thread' feature or PM a moderator/admin team member.

8. Post whores can expect their posts to be deleted and in serious cases, accounts suspended/deleted.

The 'poster' is responsible for all their posts and The Once A Week Kitchen accept no liability.
