Recipe for 16 portions of Bolognese Style Sauce

1.5kg Lean Steak Mince
1kg chopped onions
3 beef stock cubes
4 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbsps tomato puree
3 tbsps chopped fresh parsley
1 litre water
1 teaspoon gravy browning
2 tbsps plain flour
2 tbsps cooking oil
3 x 400g tins of chopped tomatoes
