Chilli Con Carne recipe
Recipe for 16 portions of Chilli Con carne:
1.5kg Lean steak mince
750g chopped onions
300g mixed peppers
3 x 400g tins of red kidney beans
4 x 400g tins of chopped tomatoe
1 oz Plain flour
4 Beef stock cubes
2 tablespoons Tomato Puree
3 fat garlic cloves
4 level teaspoons chilli Powder
1 level teaspoon Cumin
1 tablespoon cooking oil
a few drops of gravy browning (optional)
salt and Branston Fruity Sauce to taste.
