layout of your book

Hi there,
I was fortunately in Huddersfield when they had their wine and food festival in August of this year.
The food demonstation you gave was excellent and that convinced me to puchase one of your first edition books,I can only say that it was like a breath of fresh air!
I remember my mother using some of these recipes in your book but I had completely forgotten how to make them, thanks for keeping them locked away in your head but now,we can all share them thanks to your book, well done a very good book.

I was going to get the book from Amazon but you can also get it as a eBook.
I think in a way the actual book would be better and handier.
I am now doing the tuna stuffed baked potatoes after seeing the YouTube video.
I can't wait!
